Maya and Mallory went bowling for the first time. Mallory had a blast watching the ball return the entire time. Maya just loved the whole experience. The best part of watching her was her dance moves as the ball would go toward the pins! They had a blast!

Happy Holidays!

Maya & Mallory have been counting the days until Christmas came. Our elf Sprocket watched over them each day and then left at night to go back to the North Pole to report to Santa on the girl's behavior. Maya's goal was to be on the nice list at all times. She did pretty good most of the time! We had many fun time reading Christmas books, and watch old Christmas Classic cartoons and movies, and of course baking cookies that the girls would be sure to set out for santa! Oh, and playing in the MOUNDS of snow outside!

We hosted Christmas Eve this year at our home. We had Grandma & Papa Buehler, Uncle Brad & Clayton, Aunt Jami and Logan, and Aunt Wendy, Wes, Erin, and Sara. We also had Grandpa Earle & Amy and Aunt Danya and Erik! It was a houseful but we had so mcuh fun!

Christmas Day was so exciting watching the girls experience Santa! Maya really "got it" this year! The got all of thier Christmas wishes and more! Grandma & Papa Dughie, Aunt Danya and Erik all spent the day with us! We also recieved a call from Uncle Jeremy and Aunt Anna in Germany! It was fun to talk to him.

Well, all in all Christmas was terrific-BUT you can't have Christmas without a few mishaps... Mommy was playing the Nintendo Wii (bowling)and got a little too into it. She launched the controller into the TV screen and needless to say we now have a HUGE crack in the screen! She also broke and ornament and dropped a pie! But...those are minor things. We just enjoy being surrounded by family and friends...Merry Christmas!

Pumpkin Carving!

The girls were really into carving pumpkins this year. Maya enjoyed scooping out the pumpkin guts and Mallory enjoyed eating the seeds and the actual pumpkin. Yes, she really did try to eat the pumpkin. We all had fun!
